Located just outside the growing community of Middletown Delaware, this mixed-use commercial design and build project was designed to integrate aesthetically into the existing environment.
 

Designed with in-town living in mind, this commercial space combined walk-up retail storefronts on the ground floor and three two-story, 2 bedroom dwellings on the second and third floors.
