The Paquin Design Build corporate office building is currently under construction in Grasonville, MD. This commercial construction project began in March of this year with an estimated delivery scheduled for the fall. The commercial building will total three floors designed to include offices for the company's five divisions which include Paquin Design Build, Beacon Pointe Homes, Paquin Interiors, PDB Commercial and PQ Development.

 

Paquin Interiors, the company's kitchen and bathroom division will host its designer showroom on the building's ground level. The showroom will be a place where homeowners can view product and work one-on-one with the design team as they build their new spaces. The second and third floors will consist of office space and conference rooms for the daily business and activities of the remaining businesses.

The new commercial building is located at Rt. 50 and Evan's Avenue in Grasonville, MD.
