Our Happy Team

We have a happy team of staff who are our best asset and we strive to provide a good working friendly relationship with them all. This ensures we keep a great team that grows with us. They are vetted and security checked prior to joining, as security is as important to us as cleanliness. All our staff displays a photo identity badge that is worn at all times. For security reasons we use a covert system to call for assistance in the event of accident or violence when working out of hours in quiet places.

It is important that our staff have a good level of spoken English and that they have sound interpersonal skills so that they can communicate easily. They are trained in-house and this training is on going to ensure the standards we expect are met.

We expect an excellent attendance record and for all staff to put the clients needs first. You need to be friendly and have a happy personality to work here but you will be rewarded by good rates of pay and bonuses based on performance.
