Here at PDB Commercial we promise to provide a professional & efficient service that constantly keeps to the high standards we will discuss with you before we start. Like most businesses it is unlikely that you do not have cleaners for your premises already. But like most businesses you are probably unhappy with the level of service you are receiving. We know this because everyone thinks they can do it but few people do it well.

We receive most of our new business from people who are unhappy with the service they are receiving but have the necessity for an excellent reliable cleaning schedule in place. We will provide you with the same reliable service month after month whereby you notice the difference the very next day that you arrive at work.

All of our staff are equipped with a covert security alarm that they can activate in the event of an accident or if they feel threatened whilst working in quiet places out of hours. They all carry photo identity badges and must be worn at all times for security purposes.

Show Homes & Builder Cleans

As your properties become available we are on hand to come along at short notice to clean them ready to be shown to clients or occupied. We will scrub the entire place from top to bottom to remove builders dust to give the finished look to your new development. If it is just a quick dust around and vacuum each morning to get your show houses ready to make those sales then no job is too small. We can even show up at short notice to clean up an unexpected mess.

Rented Properties

We are on hand to provide either a one off clean to set the standard you expect of your tenants or as a final clean on their departure. We have a growing number of clients who include our service as part of their rental contract. This way we visit once a week to clean the property and ensure that the standards never spiral out of control. We even offer an ironing service that is becoming more and more popular with this type of rental contract.
